Annatea Saylor
My name is Annatea Saylor, and I’m an aquatic ecologist from Colorado. I hold a B.S. in Wildlife Biology from Western Colorado University and am currently a master’s student in the Surasinghe Lab at Bridgewater State University. I’ve worked with a wide range of species—from salmon, seals, and whales in Ireland and Alaska, to trail ecology, invasive species removal, and Gunnison sage-grouse research across Colorado, California, and Utah. I'm especially known for my work in community outreach and environmental education. Currently, my research focuses on community composition in restored wetlands across a temporal gradient.
