If It’s New to You, It’s Worth Sharing

An insight doesn’t have to be groundbreaking to be valuable—it just has to be new to you. If you’ve learned something, chances are someone else in your community is grappling with the same question or challenge. Sharing what you’ve learned helps reinforce your own understanding and opens the door for others to benefit.

It’s like when one person finally raises their hand in a classroom—often, they’re asking what many others were wondering but didn’t voice. The same goes for insights. If something sparked your curiosity or changed your perspective, don’t assume everyone else already knows it. There are no dumb questions, and no insignificant insights. Noticing and naming what you’ve learned helps the whole group grow.
