It goes without saying that zoom has changed our lives. The virtual meeting to some a blessing to others a curse. But for learning initiatives having a video recording with a transcript at the push of the button is learning gold.

One of the challenges of strategic learning is stopping and taking the time to take notes, record insights. A recorded meeting alleviates this pressure since the notes will be available for review during follow up reflection sessions. Reviewing the transcript allows you to capture insights realized and spoken in the moment. Any journalist would read this and say, Duh!
