Insights are most valuable to the team if they have persistence, can be recalled, reviewed, and applied to a similar next situation

[We] need a tool/place to record insights that can be reviewed by different folks into the future
In the latest update to the Living Observatory community platform, we now have such a tool, which you are looking at right now. Members of the Making Space and DER Monitoring teams have access to use this feature.
Insights are visible to other members of your team. If you're a member of multiple teams, you can select which you want to share with when posting a new insight.
When browsing for insights, you can filter by themes, tags, places, and teams (click on a tag on the index page to add a filter). You can also search for words in the text or comments using the search box.
Others can leave comments and add to the discussion. You're welcome to try out the comment feature and leave your thoughts below.
