Member Survey
Like a pebble in a stream or a stake in the ground your input can help shape the future course of our organization.
Hello!
This survey was created by me, Adrian, Learning Coordinator for Living Observatory (LO).
What's it for?
This survey helps guide my work as Learning Coordinator to better serve you, the members of the LO community. I will use your responses to stay up to date with your activities and help plan platform development and community events.
What's in it?
The survey has 5 sections:
- contact (name and email for filing purposes)
- updates (publications, projects, news)
- events (topics and formats for community events)
- feedback (some questions to guide our program development)
- follow up (if you'd like to schedule a time to meet with me you can indicate so here)
How to take it?
- The survey is available as a Google form. Click here to take the survey.
- You may also fill out Microsoft Word or PDF versions of the survey,
- If you choose this option, then send me an email (with the subject "2025 member survey").
- Word and PDF versions are available in the files tab and in panel to the right -->
Some guidance...
Many of the questions are open ended, so here is a bit of guidance:
- keep it short, write what first comes to your mind
- it is totally fine to leave a question blank
- you can always edit your responses later
- if you use the google form, you will be able view and edit your responses after submission

Insights
If you want to share insight then click here. If you want to learn more about how to use insights click here.
Teams
We now have the ability to make teams (e.i. working groups) who can privately share files and insights. Contact myself or Brian Mayton if you want to propose a new team.
Caution
The form is neither confidential or private. I will be discrete as possible with your feedback, however, I may share your input with share LO staff or other members.
Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Your input is greatly appreciated!!
Sincerely,
Adrian Wiegman
